Welcome to 2566 Centre. This building currently has a strange layout which will have a lower ground floor, and an upper ground floor. There is also a jitney station, and 12 room boarding house which will all have to leave the building as there will be more of a benefit to have everyone leave than keeping anyone. With that said, everyone will have 90 days to move, and those that move within 30 days will receive a check valued at 3 years of their rent.

The lower floor will be the management office. The upper floor will be a public foyer for gaining access into the building. There will be three 3B/2b/1l apartments which will take all of the upper floors. The roof will have solar panels installed. Since the tenants do not have to pay for electricity, the panels will still benefit them in the case of a power outage.
