Floors 2-4 are 3B/2b/1l apartments. The front of the room is the great room which will have a dining section for when they have meals as a family. The kitchen will be more open, but a little cramped for any more than one person. This is to maximize the communal space of the apartment. In between the great room, and the office will sit the lavatory. There is a door from the Living room, and a door from the office to eliminate the desire for 2 lavatories. Down the hall will be the 2 secondary bedrooms, and at the end will be the primary bedroom with an option for a queen size bed, and an ensuite which covers for the second bathroom.
The Grandstream WP810 will be stationed in the great room. When a visitor comes to ask to be let in, they will dial the floor number, and this will ring the WP810. By doing this, the tenant can choose to answer or not. The tenant will know it is a foyer call because of the CID being a 0. Any apartment calling within the building will show the floor number of the caller. Calls from the office will show the office’s phone number.
