As mentioned, there will be 2 ground floors. The first will be the office, and accessible via the standard sidewalk. The entry into the building will require a few steps in order to get to the public foyer. Unlike the other buildings, the office is not accessible via the public foyer, but instead accessible from the sidewalk. The public foyer will have a wall mounted floor, and the visitor will select the unit number they wish to call. The tenant can let the visitor in by pressing * (next to 0). Once you pass the public foyer, you will see the mailboxes on the left with a hallway to the manager’s apartment, and stairs in front.
