There will be a straight forward layout plan. However, there is some confusion. The ground level is fine, and currently has what would be office for the building. However, to get into the apartments, there is a stairs that is a few steps up from the sidewalk. This will make it a little more complicated to make things work out. The visitor will enter the public foyer, and get buzzed in. They will have to climb stairs to get to the particular unit. With that in mind, the following is defined:
- Basement: Laundry, utilities
- Floor 1: Office/manager’s apartment
- Floor 2-4: 3B/2b/1l apartments
- Roof: Solar panels
