The roof will be exclusively spaced for solar panels. This will mean the flat roof will get a role to serve. All of the panels will be sun tracking panels, and the roof will provide electricity credits for FSP Realty which will apply to the bill with multiple accounts. With that in mind, the tenants will have to use the back yard space if they would want outdoors. Since FSP Realty includes electricity, the goal will be to have as much electricity as possible generated, and assured that there is as much done to make the spaces financially viable for both the tenant, and the realty company.
