The basement will be simple. There will be 3 pairs of double load machines. This will allow the tenants to do what is needed to get heavy or large loads done quicker. The tenant will be allowed to use 2 machines at one time to allow the other tenants to have access to at least or two machines as well. As with the laundry closet in the apartment, the payment system will be credit/debit card only. For those that don’t qualify for a credit card will be able to use their bank’s debit card assuming they have the financial resources.
The basement will have a locked section to the utilities. Since the entire building is under FSP Realty’s role and use, there will only need to be one meter for each utility. The utilities will include everything you would expect. This space is locked, and there will be an alarm. In addition, there are surveillance cameras to help discourage people from entering the space.
Last, the basement will have an office for addressing the issues. This might seem depressing spending a third of your day underground, but there will be solar tube lights to shine in the office to reduce the dreariness of working underground.
